Resolved: Still hope for resolving the problem
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I was promised a full refund, but it wasn’t resolved right away as promised, but about a week later. Make sure you get the tickets well before the game, I receive a notification about that we were not allowed at the game instead of the tickets 3h prior to game, that makes the situation very stressful.
I would like Viagogo to have a real person to talk to in cases like this, since its much easier to resolve things when you are able to actually speak to one another

Cancelled concert
- Two Beth Hart Rostock tickets cancelled; hotel and ferry non-refundable.
- Viagogo emailed that tickets can be used at any future concert.
I'm a holder of two tickets to the Beth Hart concert in Rostock, Germany, on the 25th of October 2025. Sadly, the concert was cancelled just before the show and after booking hotel and ferryboat tickets, the latter non-refundable.
I was told by Viagogo in an e-mail that the tickets could instead be used at any future concert, and I am now requesting how my tickets could be used on such an occasion.
Please come back with the necessary information and details on how this could be arranged.

En av mina biljetter till Sevilla Osasuna 8/11 visade sig vara fejk. F 40 rad 11, stol 11 var en av de jag köpt.
Den tillhörde en man som haft den i 25 år. Jag blev tvungen att flytta mig till en jättedålig plats långt ifrån min vän! Inget blev som det var tänkt! Kan ni kalla er ett seriöst företag?

- Tickets were not issued on the day of the concert.
- Tickets should be issued immediately after payment.
- Do not buy from Viagogo.
We purchased tickets and on the day of the concert they said the seller cannot issue them. WTF.
They should get me the tickets THE SECOND I TRANSFER THE MONEY.
OGHERWISE DOBT *** CHARGE ME WITHOUT GUARANTEEING THE TICKETS. DONT BUY FROM VIAGOGO.

Har bokat evenemang för 22/11 och betalade 1723:- skr och fick först general admission, sedan fick vi biljetter med någon annans namn. Vi är i 80-årsåldern, måste ha sittplatser!

- Viagogo lists Rage Against the Machine at Lollapalooza Berlin.
- Lollapalooza says RATM is not in the lineup.
- I want a refund due to inaccurate listing.
I was searching for tickets to a concert with Rage Against the Machine on the Viagogo website. The tour dates were listed and at the end of the list the Lollapalooza festival in Berlin was listed - as if RATM was to play there.
But they are NOT in the list of artists performing at Lollapalooza.
I have asked Lollapalooza themselves and they have confirmed that RATM is not part of the line-up. Yet, Viagogo is still displaying Lollapalooza as one of the venues where RATM will play.
I therefore want my tickets to be completely refunded as this is simply not true.
